Eva Rietdijk works in the Commercial Contracts team and advises companies on (international) commercial contracts, general terms and conditions, and consumer law. She helps clients to make clear, workable agreements and keep legal risks manageable, both in B2B and B2C relationships.
In her practice, Eva deals with distribution, franchise and agency agreements and with purchasing and sales conditions. She advises companies on setting up ordering processes and assists franchise formulas in applying the Franchise Act. She clarifies legal frameworks and translates them into concrete choices. This keeps commercial relationships clear and easily enforceable.
