Edwin Mulders works in the Litigation & Arbitration team and assists companies in civil proceedings and commercial disputes. He helps clients to keep conflicts manageable and limit damage, both through strategic advice and targeted litigation.
In his practice, Edwin conducts proceedings in summary proceedings, first instance and appeal. He is often involved in financial and commercial disputes and advises companies on liability risks. He supports clients in fraud cases in securing assets and recovering damages, including through national and international asset recovery.
