Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calender year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
Peter gives courses on tenancy law and asbestos, is a lecturer at the AvdR, and has established a recurring networking event for real estate professionals in the southern Netherlands.
Peter Huijbregts co-heads the Government & Real Estate section. He advises contractors, project developers, property owners and investors on commercial lease issues, real estate transactions and project development. In doing so, he helps clients to apply legal frameworks in a practical manner within their projects.
In his practice, Peter combines civil property law with environmental law and construction law. He provides support in the purchase and sale of property, (re)development and renovation projects and the associated contract formation. By integrating the spatial framework into agreements and contracts, he helps parties to maintain progress and manage risks.
