Brigitte is a board member of the De Pettelaar Entrepreneurs’ Association and a member of the Advisory Board of JHB Group. She is also active in various employment law associations, including the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN).
Brigitte Vleer supports employers in complex employment law issues and reorganisations, among other things. In particular, she focuses on translating business objectives and optimising them within the legal framework. Issues such as employee participation, redeployment and dismissal also play an important role in this. She also assists companies and entrepreneurs with strategic personnel issues and individual (dismissal) procedures.
