Elles completed a vocational education programme and started working as an assistant HR manager at Paardekooper & Hoffmann Accountants & Tax Advisors in 2000.
In 2005, she started working as a secretary in the legal profession. Elles has completed various legal-administrative courses and training programmes during her career.
In 2014, she joined LXA Attorneys as a management assistant and has been working in financial administration and payroll as a financial & HR assistant since 2023.
