After completing her secretarial training in 2000, Ester started working as a secretary in a technical company. In 2005, she made the switch to Bierens Incasso Advocaten, where she worked as a legal secretary for 12 years. After two years as a notarial secretary at a notary office, Ester missed the dynamics of the legal profession.
During her career, Ester has taken various administrative and legal courses.
Since April 2019, Ester has been working at LXA Advocaten as a management assistant and is part of the Government and Real Estate team.
