Irma van Bokhoven works in the Commercial Contracts team and advises companies on international commercial contracts. She assists clients in drafting, assessing and terminating agency, distribution, franchise and licence agreements, as well as in collaborations with international partners.
In her practice, Irma focuses on cross-border trade relations and the associated risks. She advises on general terms and conditions, liability and insurance issues and assists clients in complex civil proceedings and arbitrations, both nationally and internationally. In doing so, she clearly sets out contractual agreements, thereby preventing disputes over interpretation.
