In his spare time, Lenny is active in the Junior Chamber and manages Grenswerk, a pop music venue in Venlo. He is also a member of the Corporate Litigation Association.

His sharp analytical and communication skills have not gone unnoticed: in 2021, he won the National Moot Court Competition organized by the Young Bar Association of the Netherlands.
