Nadia Akabbouz works within the Corporate/M&A team and provides guidance on complex transactions and strategic decisions. She advises on share and asset transactions, participations, joint ventures, restructurings and real estate transactions, and supports clients in carefully designing and developing their corporate structure.
In her work, Nadia combines legal insight with a keen sense of timing, interests and relationships. She helps clients maintain an overview in processes involving multiple parties, steps and interests. The focus is on clear choices, workable structures and solutions that fit the company’s strategy: before, during and after a transaction.
