Peter and his team regularly give lectures and workshops on current employment law topics. He is also a member of the Rotary Club Vught and the Dutch Employment Lawyers Association (VAAN).
Peter de Boer heads the Employment Law team and advises companies and directors on complex employment law issues. He assists organisations with reorganisations, employee participation and the structuring and harmonisation of terms of employment. In doing so, he helps clients to manage difficult processes and make clear choices.
Peter also focuses on the intersection of employment law and corporate law. He advises on the appointment and departure of (statutory) directors, management agreements and employment law aspects of mergers, acquisitions and transfers of undertakings. In addition, he assists executives in disputes and advises on severance payments, bonus structures and management equity programmes.
