Sterre graduated in June 2019 with a degree in Office Management, specialising in HR support, from Schoevers. She then continued her education with a degree in Human Resource Management at Avans University of Applied Sciences in Den Bosch, where she graduated in June 2024. During her studies, Sterre gained valuable experience through internships at various companies in construction, engineering and online training. Her passion for HR was further strengthened by her minor in labour law.
Since September 2023, Sterre has been part of the HR team at LXA Attorneys, where she started as an HR graduate intern. After completing her studies in June 2024, she started as an HR project assistant at LXA in September. In this role, Sterre has the opportunity to further implement her graduation research within the firm.
