Tim Segers heads the Government & Real Estate team and works in administrative law. His focus is on environmental law, construction law and government liability. He assists companies, governments and institutions with complex permit procedures, enforcement and disputes relating to construction and development projects.
In his practice, Tim deals with issues relating to asbestos and other hazardous substances. He advises and litigates in cases involving shutdowns, supervision and liability. He quickly distils legal frameworks down to their essence and clarifies where there is room for manoeuvre. In this way, he helps clients to continue with their projects and avoid unnecessary delays.
